Kingsley was awesome and easy to work with. The work I asked for was a retaining wall, concrete slab, river rock culvert, drainage, ac slab lift and some irrigation work. His quote came in much cheaper than other contractors, not to mention he offers a great military discount (thank you). His crew was amazing and worked very hard not to mention courteous, clean, and respectful. They cleaned up the jobsite everyday and at the end of the job. Kingsley would stop by the jobsite and ensure I was happy with the work and progress. Cannot say enough about this company and the quality of the work. He went above and beyond by doing additional work at no extra charge. Highly recommend this company.

Kingsley and his crew were outstanding! I fully expected him to be like other contractors that don't show up, don't return calls, and do shoddy work. That DID NOT happen with Kingsley. He showed up on the first day with 7 or 8 guys and they worked very hard for several days until everything was complete. I had no issues whatsoever, and fully intend on hiring him again in the near future. This guy is the real deal! BTW-I had never heard of Kingsley before I saw his name on Next Door.

We were in desperate need of French drains and Kingsley came out gave us a quote and was back out in 3 days. He and his crew were quick, efficient and responsive. I will recommend this company over and over again. Keep it local and call Kingsley!

They had installed a sprinkler system in my front yard in 2006, so I called to have the backyard done and added to the existing system. I also had them do some removal of plants from several areas in my back yard. The work was done when promised and at the cost quoted. I had a couple of issues, but they came back and quickly resolved them. They even inspected and fixed any issues I had with the sprinklers in my front yard at no additional charge.
